Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

We are an American cleaning company HAPPY SKY CLEANING providing residential cleaning services in the Chicago area. Our entire office team works remotely from Ukraine, and we’re looking for one more person to join us.

We’re looking for a responsible person with fluent English who enjoys communicating with people and wants to become part of a friendly, long-term team.

What you’ll do

• Answer phone calls from cleaning staff and customers.
• Coordinate cleaning appointments.
• Help resolve scheduling issues.
• Communicate with the office team and support daily operations.

• Initially, the working hours will be approximately 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Kyiv time). As the company grows, your schedule may be adjusted.

• Ability to stay calm and solve problems quickly.
