Job description

Dispatcher (Box Truck) — USA Salary: 3% from gross

We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch and manage 3 Box Trucks (26 ft) in the US market.
Search and book profitable loads.
Build efficient routes and maximize truck utilization.
Communicate with brokers and drivers.
Monitor deliveries and resolve issues during transit.
Update load information and maintain dispatch records.

Requirements:

Experience in US trucking dispatch (Box Truck preferred).
Good knowledge of DAT Load Board and other load boards.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
Stable internet connection and PC/laptop.
