Truck Dispatcher (USA Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate must have prior experience dispatching trucks in the U.S. transportation industry and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage 4−8 trucks efficiently.
• Book profitable freight and negotiate rates with brokers.
• Plan routes and maximize truck utilization.
• Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure FMCSA compliance.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Track shipments and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and submit required transportation documents.
• Maintain accurate records and update dispatch software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of truck dispatching experience in the U.S.
• Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop load boards.
• Understanding of FMCSA regulations and HOS rules.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and computer.

Compensation: Percentage of the gross revenue or a fixed monthly salary, depending on experience.
