Parts Coordinator (Appliance Repair)

Misha Service LLC is an appliance repair company based in Fort Worth, Texas. We work with home warranty companies and appliance factories that provide us with daily work orders.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and independent Parts / Warranty Coordinator. This is not an entry-level position. Mistakes in this role can cost the company money, delay repairs, and affect our reputation.

Position Details: Preferably Russian-speaking. Salary is paid on a monthly basis.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00 — 18:00. Saturday: 10:00 — 14:00.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with parts ordering, warranty claims, insurance, or home warranty companies.
• Experience communicating with U.S. customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Excellent English — C1 level or higher. Clear, professional, easy-to-understand voice.
• Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to follow through and not forget about open work orders.
• Fast response time, reliability, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order correct appliance parts.
• Track parts, approvals, authorizations, and open warranty jobs.
• Communicate with home warranty companies and insurance companies.
• Push approvals and follow up until the job is completed.
• Coordinate with technicians and management.
• Make sure jobs are not forgotten or delayed.
• Keep accurate records and update job statuses.
• Review job notes, parts information, model numbers, and warranty requirements.
• Solve problems independently and escalate only when needed.

Software Knowledge: Experience with Dispatch.me, Gmail, Google Sheets, Zoom, CRM systems, parts websites, and home warranty portals is a plus.

Important: We are looking for someone who can think independently, stay organized, and take ownership of the work. This position requires accuracy, responsibility, and strong follow-through. We do not want someone who needs constant reminders or babysitting.
