IGTalents is an international recruitment agency specializing in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment for the global iGaming industry.

We are currently hiring for one of our clients — a brand-new iGaming product launching in a Tier-1 European market. This is an excellent opportunity to become the first VIP Manager on the project, build key processes from the ground up, and grow alongside an ambitious international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players and maintain long-term relationships.
• Communicate with players via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Provide personalized support and resolve player requests related to payments, bonuses, and account issues.
• Create and manage individual bonus offers and promotions.
• Monitor player activity, identify retention opportunities, and proactively engage VIP customers.
• Maintain accurate player information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
• Analyze player behavior and contribute ideas to improve VIP engagement and retention.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
• Experience working with English-speaking players.
• Strong understanding of VIP player management and retention.
• Experience with bonus mechanics and personalized offers.
• Confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
