Account Manager (Customer Support)

We are looking for an Account Manager to join one of our projects

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them throughout their journey with the platform. You will support customer onboarding, assist with day-to-day inquiries, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will also work closely with the Sales and Development teams to help improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in Tech Support, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent customer-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confidence in working with technical tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and deliver high-quality support
• Manage customer accounts, onboard new users, and assist with platform setup and configuration
• Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating complex cases to the technical team when necessary
• Collaborate closely with the Technical and Sales teams to improve the overall customer experience
• Collect, organise, and share customer feedback to help drive product improvements
