Amazon Account Health Specialist

We are hiring an Amazon Account Health Specialist to help reinstate suspended or restricted Amazon seller accounts and resolve account health issues. This is a full-time remote position.

IMPORTANT: Only candidates with proven experience successfully reinstating Amazon seller accounts (listings, ASINs, or account-level suspensions) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate the root cause of account suspensions, listing deactivations, or policy violations
• Draft and submit Plans of Action (POA) and appeals to Amazon Seller Performance and Account Health teams
• Communicate directly with Amazon Seller Support and Account Health team via case logs and escalations
• Review and resolve account health issues related to intellectual property complaints, authenticity claims, and product safety complaints
• Maintain documentation of all cases, correspondence, and appeal outcomes
• Advise on preventive measures to avoid future suspensions
• Track case status and follow up until resolution
• Escalate cases via the BBB, ATG, and other platforms.
• Withdrawing money from suspended accounts

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically with Amazon account reinstatement / account health management
• Proven track record of successful appeals and reinstatements (references or case examples required)
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Policies, Terms of Service, and Account Health metrics
• Experience drafting Plans of Action (POA) for suspensions, IP complaints, and listing issues
• Excellent written English — appeals must be clear, professional, and persuasive
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits:

• $500 base + 10% success fee per resolved case
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
