We are make-it.run, an IT company with a cozy office in the center of Kyiv. We build websites and apps for clients around the world.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to become the CEO’s right hand and help us run the company day to day.

No experience needed — we’ll teach you everything. This is a great way to get into IT without being a programmer (and a good way to become one — our managers can easily grow in the company and become developers). You’ll get two weeks of personal training, and after that the team will always be there to help.

What You’ll Do

This is not a job where you sit and do the same thing all day. Your days will be varied — a mix of organising, communicating, creating, and learning new things.

Here’s what your work will look like:

• You’ll work side by side with the CEO. Day to day, the role looks a lot like being a personal assistant to the CEO and a bit like a project manager — helping keep the company and projects organised, making sure everything runs smoothly, nothing gets stuck, and the team can focus on their work. You’ll quickly become someone everyone relies on.
• You’ll help our company look great online. Like an SMM manager, you’ll take care of how we present ourselves to the world — our website, our social media, our stories about the projects we build. You’ll do this with the help of AI tools, and this is honestly the coolest part: we’ll teach you to do things that usually only programmers can do, without writing a single line of code yourself.
• You’ll explore and discover. Part of your time will go to research — looking for interesting information, new opportunities, and ideas that help the company grow. If you’re naturally curious, you’ll enjoy this a lot.
• You’ll make our office a nice place to be. From little everyday things to bigger ideas — you’ll help create a space where the whole team feels comfortable and happy to come to work.

Don’t worry if some of this sounds unfamiliar — you’ll grow into each of these step by step during your training, and nothing will land on you all at once.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone responsible, who can be trusted with money and documents.
• English at intermediate level or higher.
• Comfortable with a computer — everything else we’ll teach you.
• Ready to work from our office in Kyiv.
