Accountant (US Trucking)

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team at LNG Holding. This role is focused on managing receivables, communicating with brokers, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Remote Position Schedule: Monday-Friday, 16:00−01:00 Kyiv time, adapted to the U.S. business schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST) Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly review AR aging reports
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure payments are received on time
• Handle collections and follow up on overdue balances
• Communicate directly with brokers regarding outstanding payments
• Investigate and follow up on short payments and payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment statuses
• Escalate unresolved or significantly overdue accounts when necessary
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate AR records

Requirements

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience in the U.S. transportation/trucking industry is required
• Good spoken and written English is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of AR aging, collections, short payments, and payment follow-ups
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple outstanding accounts and follow-ups independently
