Sales manager

Media Components is an international full-service marketing agency helping businesses grow through effective digital strategies. We are looking for a Sales Manager to work with company-provided cold and warm leads and manage them through the sales process from first contact to contract signing.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned cold and warm leads provided by the company
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery/demo calls
• Present the agency’s services, solutions, and case studies
• Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the sales process
• Prepare and present standard proposals and commercial offers
• Handle standard objections and support negotiations
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM
• Track opportunities, next steps, and expected closing dates
• Coordinate contract signing and client handover

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a marketing, digital, advertising, or professional services agency
• Strong spoken and written English C1
• Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, SMM, Web, and Content
• Experience with consultative selling and lead qualification
• Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
• Experience working with CRM and sales pipelines
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
