QuickBooks Manager (Logistics)

We are looking for a responsible and self-organized QuickBooks Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a positive attitude who possesses:

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience with QuickBooks (experience in the logistics industry is a significant plus).
• Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and financial software.
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher in both English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
• Personality: A friendly, collaborative mindset.
• Mindset: Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Background: Experience working with the U.S. market or U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction categorization and reconciliation.
• Controlling and processing financial documents, reports, and payments.
• Preparing financial statements for internal use.
• Communicating with counterparties regarding financial issues.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Typically Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM EST.
• Flexibility: Working hours may vary slightly depending on business needs.
