Marketing analyst

Responsibilities:

• Data visualization and report creation: building dashboards, charts, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support, automation, and optimization of existing reports.
• Support and training in reporting users.
• Active collaboration with the marketing department, field force department, and Head Office regarding market category definition and participation in their review processes.
• Collaboration with the data provider to resolve issues related to data quality and accuracy.
• Market potential analysis for launching new products.
• Participation in planning and forecasting processes, identifying reasons for deviations from planned and budgeted indicators, and determining patterns.
• Timely informational support for TOP management.

Requirements:

• High degree in marketing, economics, statistics or related fields.
• 2+ years of working experience in business intelligence/analytics.
• Experience with analytical tools (Power BI including DAX and Power Query, Excel).
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of database design principles and data warehouse architecture.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level.
