Debt Collection Agent

Fin-Boost is looking for a Debt Collection Agent to join our team and work with customers in Alberta, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding debt;
• Make outbound calls to customers;
• Provide customers with information about their outstanding balance and repayment options;
• Negotiate payment arrangements;
• Handle customer objections and challenging conversations;
• Record call results and customer information in the internal system;
• Meet individual performance targets and KPIs;
• Follow company communication standards and internal procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in debt collection is an advantage;
• Strong English language skills;
• Confident and professional communication;
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills;
• Ability to remain professional in challenging situations;
• Result-oriented mindset;
• Responsible and attentive approach to work;
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
