Customer support representative (evening shift)

SkyCall is looking for aCustomer Support Specialist to join our evening and night shift teams!

We deliver customer support for e-commerce brands across the US, Canada, and Europe. No prior experience? No problem! What matters most to us is your drive to learn, grow, and help people.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Handle incoming orders within our system (no cold sales or calls).
• Customer Care: Assist customers with order inquiries, troubleshooting, and support via email, chat, and phone.

Who You Are

• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (B2/C1) — fluent verbal and written communication.
• Fast Learner: You pick up new tools and processes quickly.
• Adaptable: You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in Customer Support or CX (Customer Experience).
• Proficiency in additional languages: Spanish, Italian, German, or French.
