Freight Business Developer

Sierra Logistics Solutions Inc. is a growing U.S.-based transportation and logistics company specializing in freight brokerage, expedited transportation, and high-value shipments.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our customer base in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the U.S. transportation market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers and logistics customers.
• Develop and grow a profitable book of business.
• Negotiate transportation rates and secure new business opportunities.
• Work closely with our dedicated operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.

Requirements

• Experience in U.S. logistics, freight brokerage, or B2B sales is required.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Understanding of the U.S. transportation industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
