Vibe Coding Designer (UI/UX)

Our designers don’t hand off static mockups. They design right in code with an AI coding agent (Claude Code) and build working HTML/CSS prototypes from a shared design system. This approach is new, so we don’t expect you to have worked this way before. We’re looking for a junior designer who wants to learn it.

What you’ll do

• Design and build interactive prototypes with an AI coding agent: describe the idea, review the result, refine it until it’s right
• Work inside our design system (color tokens, typography, spacing, components): reuse what exists, and propose new components when they’re needed
• Turn feedback from the product owner (including voice messages) into draft flows quickly, often as several variants side by side for comparison
• Design AI-powered features: suggestions, confirmations, statuses and loading states
• Check your work with your own eyes: states, edge cases, themes, real content
• Collaborate with designers, developers and the product owner

Requirements

• 2+ year in UI/UX design
• A portfolio of your previous projects. We’ll look at your earlier work, made with any tools, to understand your design skills and taste. A project built with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Framer AI, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• Solid fundamentals: visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, grids, interaction states
• Figma
• Basic HTML/CSS: you can read it and make small changes (you don’t need to be a developer)
• Not afraid of the terminal or git basics; we’ll teach you the rest
• You can write clear instructions. A good prompt is a good design brief
• Attention to detail: you verify instead of assuming
• English: B1
