We’re hiring — Sales Manager (Interior Design & Architecture)!

At LEQB Architects, we create premium residential interiors and architectural projects for international clients across the Middle East and around the world. Now, we’re looking for someone who sees potential in every conversation and knows exactly how to turn it into a project.

What you’ll do:

• Manage incoming leads from the first conversation to closing the deal.
• Present our interior design and architecture services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients.
• Conduct calls, online meetings, and negotiations.
• Identify new opportunities to grow our client base and expand the studio’s reach.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Fluent written English (C1) and confident spoken English (B2+).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or the Middle Eastern market is a plus.
