Currently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine require specialists with civilian expertise, such as drivers, mechanics, welders, builders, and others. To help military units hire professionals with relevant civilian experience, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Natalia Kalmikova and co-founder, CEO of Work.ua Arthur Mikhno signed a memorandum.

"The modern personnel recruitment system for the Armed Forces of Ukraine needs to start operating as quickly as possible. The military requires skilled specialists, and individuals need to clearly understand which unit and military specialty they will be entering. The recruiting company will provide services in the interests of the army free of charge," — noted Natalia Kalmikova.

Arthur Mikhno emphasized that Work.ua is ready to offer services for a systematic approach for recruiting conscripts into the Armed Forces.

"It is crucial to ensure that each position in the Armed Forces is filled with the most professional and motivated individuals. Achieving this through traditional methods is nearly impossible, but is feasible through recruiting. Work.ua will assist the army in filling its positions, especially in non-military specialties, based on expertise rather than mere distribution principle," — he stated.

In the near future, brigades and units will list specific vacancies on the platform to find highly skilled specialists, allowing individuals to be as effective and motivated as possible while serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
