This is how Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and even the Ukrainian electricity market operate: there's a minimum rate per unit, and the price per unit increases as you buy in larger volumes. We've already discussed this in our news in March 2026 and October 2024.

Good news

We're not doing dynamic pricing right now — even though we ourselves have been operating in exactly this kind of market for over 10 years while building Work.ua.

But starting April 1, we are removing bulk packages of 1 000, 500, 200, and 100 job postings. You will still be able to order packages of 10, 20, or even 50 postings.

What's next?

Over the next two months, we will gradually phase out bulk packages. From June 1, 2026, we will fully transition to a simple model with a single price per job posting — whether you're hiring one person or 100 people a month, the price per posting will be the same.

How will the transition work?

On May 1, we'll remove bulk packages of 50 and 20 postings, and on June 1 — all remaining bulk packages.

We may keep small transactional discounts of up to 10% for those ordering a large number of postings at once. A loyalty program may also remain for businesses that regularly purchase at least as much as they did previously. The final pricing principles will be worked out over these two months.

Will the price per single posting change now?

For most companies, prices will stay the same. The 2x increase will only apply to companies that work with Raiffeisen Bank or sell Pepsi products.

Here's what Work.ua founder and CEO Artur Mykhno has to say:

"Why I believe Ukrainians should stop engaging with brands that have chosen to operate in the russian market — and thus effectively sponsor the war against us — I wrote in two Facebook posts: about Raiffeisen and KSE, and about Pepsi and Mickey Mouse. So from our side, we will do what we can to push these companies to leave the russian market and stop helping kill Ukrainians.

We are also saddened that our competitor, the good company robota.ua, continues to work with these and other brands that pay money in the russian market, thereby helping to kill Ukrainians.

I understand that the decision may not be made by the Ukrainian office but by their Polish management at Grupa Pracuj — but for three years I have been unable to convince them to stop this engagement. Our Polish colleagues don't want to come and live in Kyiv under missile strikes, funded by the money of these brands from the country-killer moskoviia. And from Poland, unfortunately, they don't understand why this partnership should end.

Perhaps you'll find the right arguments and words to write directly to CEO Przemysław Gacek and explain why it's important to stop working with brands that have chosen to help kill Ukrainians.

Of course, by raising prices for companies that also continue to work with Raiffeisen and Pepsi, we may lose them as clients. But perhaps, in the fourth year of the war, everyone must decide for themselves what matters more — money or values. Whether they are ready to shake hands and sign contracts with companies that represent brands in Ukraine which have decided they are willing to sponsor the war against Ukraine."

Will service pricing be revised in the future?

Over the next two months, the price per job posting will not change. But it's important to note that the cost of any labor market service is always tied to the average salary in the country.

In this context, it's worth mentioning that over the past three years, salaries in Ukraine have grown by 78%. At the same time, the cost of a minimum posting on Work.ua has actually decreased over the past two years.

This may come as a surprise, but here it is: in 2025, Work.ua lowered prices on basic packages for small businesses.

So, will pricing be revised in the future? Yes, it will. When and how — we're not ready to say yet.

That said, you can definitely prepare for future price changes — including over these two months. Order bulk packages at current prices now and don't worry about future changes.

Will there be expiration limits on purchased services?

No, we have no plans for that. If you'd like, you can order services for up to 3 years in advance right now!

We'd be very happy, and you'll be able to use them at any time with no expiration limits whatsoever.

P. S. We wanted to end this post with the song "Вільні люди" ("Free People") by the band "Без обмежень" ("Without Limits"). Why? Because our own choices today simply determine our future tomorrow.
