Company Benefits, Work Schedule, and Salary — Specify Up-to-Date Conditions to Attract More Candidates
We've updated the structure of job postings: work schedule and company benefits are now separate blocks, and we've introduced a single, unified approach to displaying salary. This helps you receive more relevant applications.
Previously, some of the most important job conditions got lost within a continuous block of text. Now these parameters are organized so that candidates see them right away, and your job postings look more appealing and unambiguous.
The faster a candidate can assess the conditions, the more accurately they can decide whether it’s worth applying — and you get more relevant responses.
Company Benefits
A candidate’s choice isn’t shaped by salary and location alone — transportation, housing, shelter, and health insurance often make the difference. Yet these details are either missing from the job posting altogether or get buried in the text.
Now you can highlight your company’s benefits in the «Company Information» section.
Benefits belong to the company, not to an individual job posting. That means they’ll appear consistently across all of your postings on the site.
Add your company’s benefits, and candidates will immediately see what it’s like to work with you.
Work Schedule
Employers used to indicate the work schedule only within the job description text. But this is a key criterion for candidates: it determines whether the job can be combined with studies, family, or other commitments.
Now, when creating or editing a job posting, there’s a new «Work Schedule» block where you can choose one of three options:
- Standard — a five-day work week, Monday through Friday.
- Shift schedule — you specify working days on a rotating basis against days off. This is common in the service industry, sales, and manufacturing.
- Non-standard — for schedules that don’t fit a five-day week or a fixed rotation pattern.
«Work Schedule» is now a required field — a job posting can’t be saved without it. So be sure to specify the schedule in your postings. This way, candidates will immediately understand whether your work format suits them.
Salary
Until now, there was no unified approach on the platform regarding which amount to indicate in the «Salary» field — before or after taxes. As a result, candidates never fully understood what they could actually expect to earn.
From now on, there’s one rule for everyone: the salary listed in a job posting is always the amount the employee will receive after taxes and other deductions.
Specify the salary after all deductions, and get more targeted responses.
Check your job postings now: add your company benefits, specify the work schedule, and update the salary to reflect the amount after all deductions. Together, these three details give jobseekers a fuller picture of the working conditions — and give you more targeted applications.
