and sealing contracts. Negotiating potential big customers and possible allies,
creating and managing the company's culture and vision.
Strategic planning as well as short-term and mid-term planning. Networking,
managing internal business communication, and immediate response to
unforeseen circumstances.

𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭, spearheading the
digital transformation of the company and successfully expanding our
operations beyond the domestic market.

This involved conducting thorough initial analysis, assessing market opportunities,
strategizing for market entry, staffing and team building, and integrating these
efforts with the existing structure, climate, systems, communication channels,
financial operations, and business automation.

I managed the entire trading cycle, from procurement to realization, and
worked closely with a dedicated C-suite team of 8 professionals, each
overseeing their respective departments or specialists.

Additionally, I took charge of the production aspect, which encompassed
overseeing the sawmill, dryers, warehouses, and logistics. In Ukraine alone, I
managed a team of over 150 workers who contributed to our production
operations. Furthermore, our warehouses and logistics center in Dubai, UAE,
were also part of my responsibility, ensuring seamless coordination across
locations.

This experience has honed my skills in project planning, resource management,
cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to diverse business environments. It
has also equipped me with a deep understanding of the entire value chain,
from procurement and production to sales and logistics.
𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Under my leadership as the co-CEO / COO, We
achieved:

𝟏. Fundamental reformation of the company’s structure within a limited budget.
𝟐. Digitalization of the company (the final release has been postponed because
of the war).
𝟑. Transition from the internal market to the external market. There, we became
a world-class player and, thanks to the delicate positioning, were able to
compete with absolute leaders of the industry in a unique selling proposition
which was the original goal.
𝟒. Organization of a large-scale expansion of our production capabilities.
𝟓. Construction of new production in Ukraine (has been postponed because of
the war).
𝟔. Aggressive expansion into the North American market (the USA and Canada
in particular).
𝟕. Development of innovative B2B & B2C method of interaction using AR
technology and consolidation of an efficient, passionate, and coherent team
around this idea. I am the author of this problem-solving concept.
