I have experience with factoring companies like RTS, AFS, and Sunbelt, and I handle aging invoices. I do driver statements and am highly attentive to details such as lumpers, detention, revised RC, and any other additional fees.
I also work with fuel services such as TCS and Pilot/Flying J to find the best option (locally and price-wise) for the driver to refuel on their route. I work with fuel reports too.
I know how to work and speak with brokers to verify rate confirmation, or if the accounting needs any other confirmation from the broker. I keep all paperwork, such as RCs and BOLs, structured.
