Responsibilities:
- Work directly with end-users and their representatives to translate business requirements into effective solutions by utilizing Java, Groovy, Database, UI and JSON-based configuration to configure products efficiently.

- Designing, developing and modifying custom workflows and functionality for our client, using Java, in situations where policy requirements need to be met (individual company policy, financial regulations, country-specific requirements, etc.); optimizing data processing and configuration of software applications to automate & improve Legacy systems.

- Implementing, configuring and managing Groovy script solutions for all clients as per each client's internal financial requirements and goals.

- Manual testing of completed configuration to ensure solutions meet the original request; validation of the client’s business workflow.

- Using issue tracking systems (Salesforce, Jira) to track and manage requests.

- Managing customer-specific configuration files via SVN and Git.

- Interviewing, mentoring and training new team members; developing an onboarding training program focused on system behaviour, safe validation and standardized situational responses (production conflicts, global errors).
