A receptionist June 2021 - October 2022
Hotel Argo in Lviv

During that job, I was responsible for guest check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any
conflicts that arose, and ensuring that the hotel environment was always orderly and well-
maintained.

Customer Service Representative September 2022 - Present
Millhouse Logistics, USA

I worked in the field of cargo tracking for nearly a year. My job was to closely monitor the
movement of goods from their creation to their final destination. This task involved ensuring
that all the necessary documents were signed, drivers were punctual for delivery or loading,
and addressing any other challenges that arose during the journey. Later, I was promoted to an
LT position which I currently hold. As an LTC, my role involves finding and selecting suitable
drivers for carrying loads.

Other Activities

During my free time, I work as an online tutor and teach English to children. Although I do not have
many students as I consider it a hobby rather than a job. Additionally, I take driving lessons during
the week. When I am relaxing at home, I enjoy watching English movies or doing some fitness
exercises.
