single prioritization framework.
Hundreds of tasks in the backlog with unknown priority and 20-40 new tasks
daily.
No CI/CD - delivering to production several times per day, post-factum QA-ing.

What was done:
Jira (instead of Trello) introduced.
Implemented Kanban for small fixes and customizations & Scrum for long-term
complex tasks and new products.
Hiring of new developers (team of 14 developers & QA as a result).
Transparent development process, clear ETAs with less than 2% of tasks
delivered later than expected.

Team: 7-14 engineers (frontend, backend, QA).

Service had been bought in a quite unstable condition (servers got hung
permanently, parsers consumed too many resources, admin panel didn't exist).

As a result:
Project had been stabilized.
A lot of parsers refactored, costs for proxies and accounts reduced many times.
Internal control panel and analytical tools designed and developed: usage
statistics, users management, marketing funnel analytics.
