• Leading a Business Analysts Team in providing Business, Technical, Functional Requirements and SoW for USAID/SAFEMed «MedSupply» IT project (cost over 400K USD) for State Enterprise «Medical Procurement of Ukraine».
• Working closely with management of SE «Medical Procurement of Ukraine», that supplies medicines and medical equipment (from pills to MRI and Ambulances) to every medical institution (over 1500) in Ukraine, to create an IT solution that will automate and enhance logistics workflow of over 8B UAH worth of goods, to increase turnover by 30% and effective usage of the taxpayers' money to 25%.
• Regularly meeting with State Enterprise «Medical Procurement of Ukraine», USAID/MSH and Developer teams to follow Project’s milestones, monitor Project development, address issues, discuss solutions, highlight critical deliverables to insure Project’ success.
• Developed and negotiated with Developer a Definition-of-Done (DoD) description to mark Project’s goals, deliverables and milestones.
• For implementing the «MedSupply» IT Project, together with Developer’s team created a complex Roadmap and Work Breakdown Structure to demonstrate to stakeholders all the steps and stages of the Project and to set a timetable.
• Overseen the creation of over 40 deeply detailed SoW (Technical Tasks containing functional requirements, system’s mock-ups and use cases) for every business process to be implemented into the «MedSupply».
• Initiated Supplier’s Cabinet» module creation and adjustments implementation for the SE «Medical Procurement of Ukraine» native informational-analytical system «MedData» for proper functioning of the «MedSupply» system. For this created a Backlog with detailed tasks and overseen the creation of 22 additional SoW (Technical Tasks containing functional requirements, system’s mock-ups and use cases).
• Conducting interviews with stakeholders of the Operational Analytics, IT Development, Logistics, Accounting, Category Management & Contract Management Departments of SE «Medical Procurement of Ukraine» to collect data and requirements as basis for creating detailed SoW and Functional Requirements Documentation.
• Making sure the Developer creates a product which satisfies stakeholder’s requirements and expectations and provides valuable and measurable aid for stakeholders’ functions.
