DTEK Service is a part of DTEK Group, an in-source company providing
HR, accounting, IT and other services to DTEK group (ab. 70 000
people).
Operation on day-to-date HR processes: recruitment including IT,
compensations and benefits, education, internal PR, 2000 employees.
Leader for the team of 15.
HR administration: SAP and local IT system. Support legal work
administration acc. to Ukrainian Labour codex.
Internal PR: corporate events, weekly meets, internal web page.
Compensations and benefits: “Hey grades” and motivation system for 2000
people in accordance to strict salary policy and yearly/quarter or monthly
based appraisal. SAP system.
Education: collaboration with one of the biggest corporate academy in
Ukraine, providing training and development for employees.
Medical insurance: provides dender and medical assist for part of the DTEK
group all over Ukraine (ab. 50 000 people).
Recruitment: 3 recruiters and about 25 vacancies per month. Clever staff and

Restructured existing HR processes and reorganised company structure

compensation programmes based on yearly appraisal form and project results
(long-term strategy). I hired all the team which encreased from 20 to 80 for
two years. Also made placement for C-level expats for hotel and retail
departments.
Had IT dept. under direct supervision.
Since 2010 worked as HR and Administrative head in TSUM project (since
the moment it’s been acquired till its launch in December 2016). Created
operational and construction team, working procedures, hiring TOP-
management and leading specialists.
