Mobile Banking for Retail Customers (iOS / Android)

· Owned end-to-end delivery and monthly production release cycles for the flagship mobile
banking product, managing two cross-functional feature teams (20+ FTEs).

· Led the full in-house SDLC, from requirements refinement to deployment and L3 support
within a "you build it, you run it" operational model and modern cloud-based microservices
architecture (AWS, Kubernetes), collaborating closely with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline
efficiency and release automation.

· Served as the key liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, security
teams, and engineering, ensuring clear scope alignment and managing technical
dependencies.

· Successfully delivered features: 3D Secure authentication, MoneyGram integration, cross-
border P2P transfers, enhanced card management (tokenization, limits, blocking), C2C
payments including repeat and phone number-based payments.

Scrum Master | Jun 2019 – Dec 2020

Card Business Transformation Program

· Played a key role in the large-scale Agile transformation, replanning a waterfall program
into a SAFe Release Train involving 6+ Scrum teams (60+ FTEs).

· Organized and facilitated Scrum and SAFe onboarding sessions for program team
members to ensure a shared understanding of ways of working
· Managed the delivery stream for 2 Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum events, removing
impediments, and coaching teams on Agile principles.

· Initiated and led the vendor selection (RFP/RFQ) process for a Business Process
Management System (BPMS), culminating in the successful implementation of Camunda for
enterprise-wide process orchestration.

· Drove the initial phase of the legacy system replacement: deployed, launched, and oversaw
the parallel run of a new customizable card-management platform within the bank’s IT
landscape, establishing a stable foundation for subsequent product migration.

· Organized and coordinated AWS Practitioner training delivered by AWS for a cross-
functional group of ~30 engineers (DevOps, Telecommunications, Security, Developers) to
increase cloud awareness and support further adoption of AWS within the organization.

· Worked as part of a program management team on a large group-wide IFRS 9 regulatory
