incorporating scenario analysis to stress-test assumptions across growth and downside cases.
• Conducted valuation analysis using DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) methodology, precedent European
hospitality transactions and comparable company analysis, supporting a target exit value exceeding
€40M within the defined investment horizon.
Case 2: Humble AI Limited (AI/SaaS) – 3rd Place APR 2026
• Restructured the company's management model to enable the founder's transition out of day-to-day
operations, reducing time required for new market entry from 80 to 4 hours per month (reduced by 95%)
without headcount growth or payroll increases.
• Implemented RACI matrix to redefine team roles and responsibilities, eliminating duplicated functions
and communication bottlenecks, which streamlined decision-making and supported development of a
new Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Designed and implemented a structured B2B and B2G client engagement framework, identifying
revenue growth opportunities and defining product promotion channels.
• Repositioned product offering for the B2C segment, increasing Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)
