At the position of Coordinator, I hold the most senior role in the Mykolaiv
office, which involves significant responsibility and additional operational
duties beyond my core program functions. These include organizing office
operations, identifying office needs, and implementing improvements to ensure
efficient daily functioning. During my tenure, the Mykolaiv office received an
additional vehicle to strengthen field operations. I also initiated and coordinated
