• Monitor and support live betting and casino products (Virgin Bet, LiveScore Bet) as well as a high-traffic sports-media / live-scores platform (LiveScore.com), ensuring platform stability across multiple brands.
• Operate real-time Grafana dashboards (sportsbook & casino integration monitoring), investigate firing alerts, and trace error details through OpenSearch to identify root cause.
• Deploy internal components via Jenkins on request from development teams, supporting a microservice / Kubernetes-based production environment.
• Handle Zendesk tickets escalated from customer support covering a wide range of technical issues (failed bets, login problems, account/balance and deposit issues, etc.), investigating each case through internal tools and provider back-offices to determine root cause.
• Act as a central point for investigating technical issues across the platform, working with all internal teams (development, trading/risk, payments) and external providers at every level to identify root cause, raising and tracking incidents through Jira and coordinating resolution end to end.
• Maintain and adjust monitoring dashboards and alerting rules in Grafana, write PromQL queries for specific metrics, and commit monitoring configuration to Git.
• Work 12-hour shifts including nights on a rotating schedule, providing continuous production coverage.
