practice During the team project, the main challenge was to transform a fairly large and general
product idea into a clear structure of requirements and processes. We started with an
interview with the Product Owner to better understand the business needs, goals, and
expectations from the product. After that, I helped structure the information received, form
User Stories and requirements, and visualize the processes. To do this, we used Context
Diagram, Use Case Diagram, BPMN, Story Mapping, and User Flow. We worked as a team,
held regular meetings, discussed solutions, and agreed on requirements. As a result, I
gained practical experience in going through the main stages of a business analyst’s work —
from collecting information and communicating with stakeholders to formalizing
requirements and modeling business processes.

Dec. 2025 - Feb. 2026 SoftServe (Academy) / Data Analysis Power BI

At the SoftServe Academy, I successfully completed a course in data analytics and Power BI.
I applied all the knowledge I gained in practice, and also defended a personal project where
I conducted research on Formula 1 races. I collected data about races from various sources,
using the program not only edited it, but also presented it in graphs and determined the
number of accidents under different possible weather conditions, determined the accident
rate in the best teams on different tracks, etc. Thanks to the training, I understood how
important numbers and collected data are in analysis and how they should be presented
and reported on.

During my time there, I was responsible for the development and engagement of over 20
students, providing regular mentoring and individual support. I conducted regular individual
mentoring sessions, identified issues and helped develop personal goals and action plans. I
tracked individual progress and performance using Excel and structured reporting. I
organized and delivered training and development events. I also maintained
documentation, schedules and operational processes using Excel and Trello.

Jan. 2023 - Mar.2025 Vista Create (Product) / Дизайнер і Проджект менеджер

I was a content designer and moderator at Vista Create, my main responsibilities were
creating and editing content for the main product, namely the Vista Create app. My
responsibilities also included: working with the American office, target audience research,
strategic sessions on the target audience, I was also a mentor in the field of content design
development. During my time at the company, I had many achievements, one of which was
successful content development compared to competitors; creating a large number of
products taking into account the preferences of the target audience; researching the quality
of production in the editor, my team and I made significant progress in developing the
editor and how the audience interacts with it. And last but not least, I created a training
program for the contributor project. I worked in such programs as VistaCreate, Figma,
FigJam, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Apps, Confluence, Jira, etc.

Feb. 2022 - Sep. 2022 SoftServe (Outsource) / UX/UI Designer

At SoftServe, I was a designer on the Green City and UBS projects. I developed the design
system and improved the interfaces for the admin area and the main platform. I worked
closely with a team of front-end developers and business analysts. During my work, I
mastered teamwork skills and consolidated technical knowledge, namely creating
components, adapting interfaces, working with styles, etc. My main task in this project is to
create user-friendly interfaces using programs such as Figma, FigJam, and Miro.

2013 - currently Plast organization / Volunteering

I am a volunteer in a scout organization. In the summer of 2024, I was the general manager
of a charity event for children in Lviv called "Dyvogonka". I managed to organize the work of
the team, attract partners and organize a festival for 300 children and their parents. Also in
March 2025, I became the founder of the "Kvitny" project for teenage girls, which, with the
help of excellent speakers and an atmosphere, helps them better understand themselves
and develop in an important aspect for them.
