I was a content designer and moderator at Vista Create, my main responsibilities were creating and reviewing content for the main product, namely the Vista Create editor. My responsibilities also included: working with the American office, researching target audience, strategic sessions on the target audience, I was also a mentor in the field of content design development. During my time at the company, I had many achievements, one of them is a successful comparison of the quality and development of content against our competitors; creating a large number of products taking into account the preferences of the target audience; researching the quality of production in the editor, my team and I have made significant progress in developing the editor and how exactly the audience interacts with it. Last but not least I’ve created a training program for a contributor project with my team. I’ve been working in such programs as VistaCreate, Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Apps, Confluence, Jira etc.

During the internship, I mastered the skills of teamwork and consolidated technical knowledge, namely the creation of components, adaptation of interfaces, work with styles and more. My main task in this project is to create user-friendly interfaces using the system design. I’ve worked in such programs as Figma, FigJam and Miro.

In the business analysis course, I worked in a team on a large number of tasks, several times a week we called each other to do joint projects, as well as many lectures with the information necessary for development. The topic of the project was product development for the Mechete project, which included many sub-items. The best thing that worked out was an interview with the Product Owner, developing diagrams, and we also practiced as a team in building User Stories, writing requirements and roles for the team. I learned to use and build Context diagram, Use Case diagram, BPMN, Story Mapping, User Flow from the perspective of a business analyst.

At the SoftServe Academy, I successfully completed a course on data analytics and the Power BI. I applied all the knowledge I gained in practice, I also defended a personal project, where I conducted research on Formula 1 races. I collected data on races from various sources, with the help of the program I not only edited it all beautifully, but also presented it in graphs and determined the number of accidents under various possible weather conditions, determined the accident rate in the best teams on different tracks, etc. From the training, I understood how important numbers and collected data are in analysis and how they should be presented.

Volunteering at Plast organization since 2013 till now

Since 2013 I have been a volunteer in the scout organization. I am attracted by the fact that in volunteering I can develop in different directions. In the summer of 2024 , I was the main manager of a charity event for children in the city of Lviv called “Dyvohonka ”,
where children competed with each other on bicycles. I managed to organize the work of the team, attract partners and organize a festival for 300 children and their parents. Also, in March 2025 became the founder of “Kvitny ” project for teenage girls which, with the help of great speakers and an atmosphere, helps them better understand themselves and develop in an aspect that is important to them.
