 👤 About Me
I'm Philip — a first-year Computer Science student at Taras Shevchenko National
University of Kyiv, who in his daily life believe in God and is a creative generalist
who's been building real things long before the diploma.
Over 2 years I ran a school parliament organization from scratch: assembled a 10-
person team across 5 departments, produced 20+ live events, directed full theatrical
shows. All of that while studying.
I operate on a mix of macro-thinking and micro-precision, applying a maximalist
approach to branding and marketing. I love crafting intentional experiences:
designing tailor-made packages for influencers, engineering unique ambassador
invitations, and building events where every tiny detail serves a purpose. Crucially,
I’ve learned to deliver high-impact results with near-zero budgets, proving that
flawless execution doesn't require massive funding—only meticulous planning.
I'm looking for a place where my life intersection is a feature, not a bug.

Co-directed theatrical productions under Vitum Theatrum: "Nutcracker" and

Designed and launched the "Краплинки" incentive system — an internal
rewards economy to motivate and retain the team

Led a fundraising campaign that raised 20,000 UAH for a generator for the
Ukrainian Armed Forces

Delivered every core promise made on inauguration day: institutional archive,
accountability culture, consistent events under wartime conditions

I enjoy organizing projects, events, and other initiatives. I gained valuable
experience during my school years, for which I am grateful to God. Specifically, I
worked alongside a student activities coordinator; we had a great relationship, and
with God's help, we were able to build systems, departments, and teams, as well as
host many events. We worked as equals and shared responsibilities, which gave me
experience in negotiations and reaching agreements with people and teams. Overall,
during this time, I realized that I love planning every detail of an event and enjoy
the finer points, such as sending gifts to influencers, creating merch, and overseeing
