I have more than 16 years of experience in software development industry.
My experience covers development, testing(manual, automation, performance) of desktop and web, mobile applications including and management of Dev/QA/BA Teams.
I have wide experience(many projects) of starting development and automation/manual testing from scratch myself. Also, wide experience in managing dev, Qa teams, pre-sales activities. Also, I have set up Dev, QA processes and interviewing Dev/QA teams. Besides that, I am strong in CI set up, working with DBs. I have experience of leading team(6-20 team mates).

On most projects we were using SCRUM, so I have a deep understanding of agile processes, it’s goals and how to achieve them. I was involved in all stages of development process from initial requirements collection to release management and post-delivery support. During this process I got a lot of experience in communication with customer about business and technical details.

I like to deal with complex business logic and to use analytic skills a lot.
