● Delivered the core MVP of a Solana-based trading and market analytics product in four months and shipped 12 releases across
the full 12-month engagement.
● Built and coordinated an 11-person cross-functional team across frontend, backend, full-stack, QA, design and technical
leadership, personally hiring 9 of the 11, with a $150K+ budget under my control.
● Acted as the main investor contact and translated changing business goals into requirements, scope, roadmap priorities, backlog
decisions and acceptance criteria.
● Launched the product into closed beta with 100+ onboarded users; owned sprint planning, vendor coordination, budget control,
feature acceptance and release coordination.
● Led post-MVP delivery through team expansion, partnership sourcing and shifting stakeholder priorities until the project was
halted by the wider market downturn.
● Rebuilt team accountability after a difficult transition through explicit ownership, transparent progress tracking and defined
escalation paths.

● Specified and shipped 10+ automated workflows integrating landing pages, payment providers, access provisioning, Telegram and
SendPulse bots, webhooks, analytics and internal dashboards.
● Ran the product operating cycle end to end: onboarding, retention, reporting and recurring launch delivery.
