Work experience

PHP developer

from 11.2022 to now (4 years)
Гровекс, ТОВ, Дистанційно (Оптова торгівля, дистрибуція, імпорт, експорт)

Agro Digital Product Holding building e-commerce ecosystems and SaaS solutions.
- Core Backend & Microservices: Architected and implemented high-throughput PHP 8+ microservices for core e-commerce and SaaS modules, applying SOLID principles and DDD patterns to support system scalability.
- Fiscal & Financial Architecture: Engineered resilient Checkbox API integration for real-time invoice fiscalization; built robust retry/failover queue mechanisms handling thousands of daily transactions with zero data loss.
- Async Queues & Integrations: Developed high-load background message processors using RabbitMQ and Redis for banking APIs (PrivatBank, Monobank, LiqPay, Pumb, SenseBank), Salesdrive CRM, and ERP syncs.
- Database Performance Tuning: Profiled heavy PostgreSQL/MySQL queries and Doctrine/Eloquent ORM calls, optimizing indexes and execution plans to reduce API latency by 35–40% and eliminate memory leaks.
- Quality Assurance & CI/CD: Increased test coverage to 90%+ by writing PHPUnit unit/integration tests for critical checkout and payment workflows; configured automated static analysis (PHPStan) in GitLab CI pipelines.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Containerized microservices using Docker, configured Nginx web servers, and managed deployment pipelines on Linux servers to maintain high system availability.

PHP Backend Developer with 8+ years of commercial experience architecting, scaling, and optimizing highload production systems. Strong expertise in PHP 8+, Laravel, Symfony, Yii2, OOP, SOLID, and designing robust REST APIs. Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL query optimization, asynchronous processing (RabbitMQ, Redis), and integrations (Payment gateways, Banking APIs, CRM/ERP). Track record of refactoring legacy codebases, boosting system performance, and maintaining 90%+ test coverage with PHPUnit and static analysis tools (PHPStan). Proficient in Docker, Linux, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.

CORE COMPETENCIES & ACHIEVEMENTS
- High-Load Backend Engineering: Designed resilient microservices and REST/RPC API endpoints handling high concurrent traffic and asynchronous data processing workflows.
- Database Tuning & Optimization: Deep experience profiling slow queries, analyzing execution plans, building optimal indexes, and managing schema migrations on multi-million row databases.
- Integrations & Fiscalization: Engineered idempotent integrations with payment gateways, banking APIs (PrivatBank, Monobank, LiqPay, Pumb, SenseBank), and Checkbox fiscalization services.
- Legacy Refactoring & Quality Assurance: Successfully refactored monolithic legacy codebases, introduced automated PHPUnit test coverage, and established CI pipelines to eliminate regressions
