• Structured and standardized a previously loosely documented onboarding process, defining its stages and key steps.
• Managed internal communications via Telegram and email; coordinated employee engagement initiatives, including event
planning, budgets, vendors, surveys, and feedback analysis; coordinated professional training for junior specialists.
• Supported employer branding and university relations by cooperating with 5+ universities, participating in 6 career
fairs/events, and managing a student Telegram channel with 100 participants.
