Summary
Full-stack developer with 5 years of commercial experience building production SaaS and
e-commerce platforms end to end: TypeScript frontends (Vue 3 / Nuxt, React / Next.js)
and Node.js / NestJS backends on PostgreSQL and MongoDB with Prisma, Redis and
Docker. On my current project I have combined development with the role of Technical

SaaS omnichannel contact center platform: call center automation, CRM integrations,
reporting, call analytics and workflow management.

Technical project management

Planned sprints and milestones in Jira; maintained the backlog and tracked delivery
against timelines.
Broke business requirements down into technical tasks with acceptance criteria and
estimates.
Coordinated developers, QA and designers to deliver features on time and to
requirements.
Facilitated Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and
retrospectives.
Identified risks, blockers and dependencies early and escalated them with proposed
solutions.
Acted as the link between business stakeholders and the dev team: status updates,
clarifications and change requests.

Backend (Node.js / NestJS)

Designed and built a licensing microservice in NestJS covering license management,
validation and access control for a multi-tenant platform.
Designed the data model and persistence layer on PostgreSQL and MongoDB,
choosing the store per use case.
Implemented the service's REST API with NestJS modules, DTO validation and guards
enforcing tenant- and role-based access.
Integrated the service with the platform frontend and other components, and took
part in architecture discussions on service boundaries.

Frontend (Vue 3 / TypeScript)

Designed and delivered a client-side embeddable widget that customers integrate into
their own websites.
Built scalable Vue 3 modules from scratch (Composition API, TypeScript, Pinia):
complex forms, analytics dashboards and large data tables on top of REST APIs.
