For six months I was involved in the development and maintaining of the web security audit tool which provided services in the data security (PCI DSS standards) area and which at the time of my involvement was already in production.

My activities in the project:

- I've made an enhancement in the existing product logging sub-system by implementing the possibility to dynamically change the logging level for the particular (e.g. interesting for debugging purpose) classes/loggers through a web administrative console. This enhancement helped to reduce the overall product logging output under the debug level, narrow this bulk product log to the interesting classes output only that in turn simplify the bug discovery.
- Created UI for the remote control of the logging system.
- Also was responsible for a creation of the SQL scripts for database update and rollback when the software was updating itself.
- Fixed bugs in the supporting product(Java code, JSP, JavaScript).

I created pSQL requests for the ability to obtain new samples of students in various categories and predicting academic performance of students. This requests was a part of implementation of new functions for electronic dean's office that's in use at our institute.
