When I came to "New York Street Pizza" company , a wildly popular chain of restaurants, I was sadly surprised by the lack of organization and the backwardness of many business processes within the company. Almost all aspects related to IT I had to develop from scratch. However, during the period of my work, I managed to establish effective processes and implemented new ideas for company development, which helped tremendously increase profits of the company and to open 30 new restaurants across Ukraine.
