process manager of the Fiber Optical Cable production (concurrently held the position of deputy of chief of the Fiber Optical Cable department).

-development, testing and implementation of new technical process and training other staff;
-new production and testing equipment learning;
-bug identification in the work of production and testing equipment and communication with service engineers;
-control quality of process, products and maintenance;
-maintenance of documentation,
