Responsible. Team player. As an example, I would like to tell about one situation at my previous place of work. During the New Year corporate party I was awarded as the youngest employee of the bank (I was 22), but I could not get it. At that moment I was the only one who was staying at the working place, as I was the one who could manage with various possible difficulties in the bank. I volunteered to stay at work, because I knew that I could interchange the majority of the staff (as I had experience in different departments), thus more people would be able to enjoy the holiday.
