Greetings! My name is Eduard and I am an experienced manager who has worked in various positions across four countries, including Italy, Russia (Moscow), Ukraine, and Sri Lanka. Alongside this, I am also a co-founder of the platform for creating bulletin boards in various countries targeted at expats and tourists.

I possess a strong system thinking mindset, the ability to assess complex tasks and break them down into manageable parts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find an approach to different people. One of my favorite roles is building teams from scratch and launching new projects and startups, which I have successfully accomplished in the past.
