After more than two decades in executive leadership roles across sales, marketing, and strategic development in Ukraine and international markets, I made the conscious decision to take a career break and redirect my professional focus.
This period coincided with a time of profound instability and uncertainty in Ukraine due to the ongoing war. As traditional business sectors became less viable, I took the opportunity to reflect, reassess, and pivot towards a more sustainable and future-oriented direction — technology and digital transformation.
I have since dedicated myself to retraining as a Microsoft Business Applications professional, completing advanced training in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. I've also started developing my own educational app as a pet project, applying no-code development, business logic, and UI/UX design — and positioning myself for an international career in tech.
This career break has been one of the most challenging and growth-filled chapters of my life. It has strengthened my adaptability, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning — qualities I now bring into my new direction.
