CHAPTER 1. Few NOT:
1) I'm NOT looking for the office position. I'm not ready to spend 2-3 hrs. every day just to visit office. I'm interested in the remote position and long work relationships

2) Do NOT ask me about the desired salary.
If your company fit my "wishlist" below at least partially - i agree to your fair offer ;)

3) I'm not interested in the job related with the wordpress, joomla, opencart, drupal, bitrix and million of other CMSes which dies and appears every day. If your company business is implementing designs to the CMSes - this is NOT what i'm looking for.

4) I have neither experience nor wish to code/prepare html.
I'm not a front-end developer.
I strongly believe that everyone must do their job:
server admin - keep servers safe
designer - create attractive designs
front-end developer - prepare qualitative interface
back-end developer - programming safe, reliable, bugs free etc. back-end code

CHAPTER 2. My wishes:

1) I want to work in the team with the competent and experienced team leader

2) I want to be a part of the company which creates custom made solutions even better uses modern frameworks like Laravel

3) in development uses modern techniques and technologies

4) development process follows OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, design patterns

5) Pretty important to me is to have a team leader who dont mind share his experience and knowledge with the team to improve the whole team lvl in general and every one's personally (of course nobody reject self education)

6) would be great to join team which works with the high loads and NOsql databases

7) pretty important to have fixed 8 hrs work day.
I don't mind sometimes to come earlier or leave later to finish the task.
I don't mind to work until midnight or in weekends when something extremely urgent.
BUT I'm against starting work at 9 am and finish at midnight every day.


CHAPTER 3. Cool Story.

Most of my career i was a freelancer at remote positions with few interrupts of in-office positions.
Was working as independent freelancer by my own and as a part of a team.
As a subcontractor was working for such a well known companies as: Fischer sports
Yahoo
Fanball
Nivo sports

Had 2 years of pretty interesting project manager experience.
