I'm a co-founder of Cypress video production.

Until recently, I was leading my own project, then the range of my responsibilities and tasks was quite wide.

Especially at the initial stage, since there was simply no one to replace me. And i couldn't delegate any tasks.

During 5 year of my work, we moved from filming small local shows in Kharkiv, to music festivals all over Europe.

Here is a rough list of my responsibilities in the project:

Searching for clients and selling our services.
Solved organizational issues with musicians event organizers.
Supervise the filming crew.
Led the project from the moment of receiving the order to its final acceptance.
