My name is Nikolay Shleyenko and my current position is warehouse manager on Windpoject “Syvash” 250MW in team of general contractor “PowerChina” in Ukraine.
My current location is Kherson region, Nova Kakhovka.
I graduated from National Airspace University, my specialty is Propulsion and solar systems of spacecraft. Qualification is mechanical engineer.
In current moment I’m finding new challenge in my career due to finish of my responsibilities on current project. In my current position as warehouse manager, I’m responsible for WTG parts receiving, preparation custom docs for clearance, planning deliveries to the site, workwear warehouse functioning, prepare and fill accounting warehouse docs, construction materials flowing accounting and control, visual control of receiving wtg parts, work with claims in case of damaged goods during transportation. I have 4 employees in my direct subordination. My manager is logistics manager.
I have started my job in current project on May 2019 and finished on April 2021.
My previous gained experience was linked with design office “Demos” Kherson region, Tavriysk . I have started my carrier here on June 2018. I have started my job here as design engineer. I was involved for designing substations10-220KV, solar farms with capacities 2-150MW, windfarms with capacities 30-200MW. Providing author supervising in the field. After half of year I have been shifted to position production planning department manager. In my direction subordination I had 3 employees (2 estimate calculation engineer and contract engineer).
Tasks for me and my department were the next in this position on 2019:
•3 substations(35/150KV-2 substations,150/220KV-1 substation) providing complete estimate calculation for signing of EPC contract (foundation for electrical items of open distribution system 150KV and 220KV, hard bus set 220KV, cell portals and supports, electrotechnical units of electrical cases, main electrical equipment ABB)
•Providing estimate calculation of air cable line 150kV for connection 3 substation, procurement support, foundations, connection units, aluminum steel wires, opgw rope, ground wires.
•Providing estimate calculation of collection grid organization for windfarm with capacity 163 MW (39 wtg Vestas 4,2 MW). Procurement of cable and cable heads. Creating schedules of collecting grid organization, control in time delivery of goods for it and follow up progress.
•Finding subcontractors and signing contracts constrictions jobs as: roads organization, organizing of piles fields for wtg foundations, buildings of substation, galvanizing of substation steel supports. Creating payment schedules, follow up construction progress, monthly reports preparation for investor.
•Confirmation of cable crossing of communication wire of field properties, roads, channels, gas trains, electrical lines etc.(communication line Substation Kairka – Substation Kakhovka).
From 2011 till May 2018 I worked as maintenance engineer of Alcohol production company. I was responsible for:
