- The term BARISTA generally defines as someone who makes coffees. In TUI Cruises
this position comes with more responsibilities, as you need certain level of
experience, knowledge and management skills as we have only one Barista for each
vessel.
- We have to ensure that all Coffee machines in the entire vessel are working properly,
check regularly their parameters and maintenance.
- Make sure that all Bar staffs are following the company standards accordingly and
taking care of our equipments and new measures or regulations implemented.
- Share the company visions, products mainly Coffee&Tea brands or preparations
through briefings, classes and tastings with our dear Guests and concerning crew
members.
- As a former Senior Bartender I am trying to merge the world of Mixology with Coffee
and same time learning more about these fascinating little Beans in order to provide
our customers a better experience of taste.
