● AI Product Testing: Tested AI-powered products, including defense-oriented

● CRM Testing: Functional and regression testing of CRM systems: customer records,
order pipelines, roles and permissions, automation rules, and reporting.
● Integration Testing: Verified data exchange between modules and third-party
services (webhooks, external APIs, import/export), including error handling and data
